The xShare project is relaunching the Open Call for early adopters of the Yellow Button, to demonstrate readiness to implement the European Health Data Space (EHDS) regulation.  All proposed and accepted solutions, which are due on May 29th, will need to demonstrate technical readiness and pass conformance testing within six weeks; real life implementations can have more time.

This open call invites startups and SMEs, digital health app developers, EHR vendors, medtech and wellness platform providers to innovate using the xShare “Yellow” Button concept, a one-click solution for individuals to access and share their health data securely with health systems in Europe, built in conformance with the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF). 

Proposals should show how the xShare Yellow Button is integrated into real-world healthcare or wellness scenarios, showcasing how one-time health data sharing can improve care delivery, personal health management, or research. If accepted, selected participants will have up to twelve weeks to develop, test and implement their solutions that demonstrate how this one-time, user-controlled sharing can improve care delivery.

Successful applicants will benefit from networking and visibility opportunities as well as financial support of up to 12.500 euros. All interested parties should study the Briefing document with detailed information, and leave their contact details in our Expression of Interest form.
