Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, has attended the Commemorative Acts of the 179th Anniversary of the Foundation of the Guardia Civil, which took place on June 6, 2023.

The Government Delegate in the Valencian Community, Pilar Bernabé, has presided, together with the chief general of the Sixth Zone of the Guardia Civil in Valencia, Arturo Prieto, the commemoration of the 179th anniversary of the founding of the Guardia Civil.

The Guardia Civil provides public safety work in 515 municipalities in the Valencian Community, which means that it provides coverage in 90% of the Valencian territory and almost half of its total population, with a total of 7,417 active agents.
