From September 3 to 5, the prestigious Road Safety on Five Continents (#RS5C) conference was held in the city of Leeds (United Kingdom), with the INTRAS of the University of Valencia playing a prominent role. During the meeting, two of its most recent projects were presented: on the one hand, an exploratory study on working conditions and their relationship with the safety of last-mile delivery workers, funded by the MCIU with European funds (PID2023-152606OA-I00); and on the other hand, the results of a European analysis framed within the Bici-Barometer project, focused on the relevance of early education in bicycle use as a road safety factor.

In addition, Professor Sergio A. Useche was part of the scientific committee of the conference, which brought together researchers from different countries to debate and share evidence regarding the multidisciplinary construction of road safety.
