Professor Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, was interviewed by Cadena SER on their broadcast of July 29, 2025, to discuss general regulations for personal mobility vehicles (PMVs). In this regard, Dr. Alonso emphasized the need to establish nationwide regulations for the use of electric scooters. He also considered it essential to implement mandatory insurance, set a minimum age of 16 for operating these vehicles, and provide traffic safety training to users, with the goal of improving safety in our cities.
