Dr. Francisco Alonso, Director of INTRAS, has participated as a Mentor in the first sectorial Hackathon on Sustainable Mobility, that has been held in Valencia on September 23 and 24, 2023.

A hackathon is an experiential innovation event where different professionals come together to create and design solutions to one or more problems that exist in society today, or within a company or organization.

The first E-Mobility Hackathon, focused on identifying and selecting the top 3% talent, had as its theme "Designing the mobility of the future: where are we going? Disruptive innovation in sustainable mobility".

Thus, for 12 hours, 100 young talents with multidisciplinary profiles competed in teams to create the best technological solutions to the challenges posed in the Roundtables held on the 22nd of September.

• Challenge 1 - "Facilitating Shared Charging in Garages: Overcoming Legal and Infrastructure Barriers".
• Challenge 2 - "Integrated Mobility for a Commonwealth: Connecting People".
• Challenge 3 - "Recharging Revolution: Developing New Sustainable Charging Models"
