At the request of the Directorate General for Roads, INTRAS has provided its comments on the draft of the new standard 8.2-IC road markings, on which the DGC is working.

The General Directorate of Roads (DGC) of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda is working on the drafting of an update of the standard of the Road Instruction 8.2-IC road markings. It establishes the different types of road markings, their dimensions and in what situations each one should be used.

In order to improve the content of this text and to achieve a final draft with the greatest possible consensus among all ministerial departments, public administrations and associations or other entities interested in this matter, the DGC requested comments and proposals from different administrations and entities.
