Science, technology and society concerning the climate change
Course of the 34th Edition of the Universitat d’Estiu de Gandia.
The interest for social and economic dimensions of the climate change is increasing at the same time as the political profile of the subject until the Agreement of Paris of 2016 and the current tensions with the arrival of Trump to the presidency of USA and the promotion of known deniers of the government. That can be checked in books like Climate Chage and Society: Sociological Perspectives thanks to sociologists like Giddens or Urry.
