Course content. The objective of this course is to study the methodology and practical tools of mindfulness, aimed at expanding the people's capacities that make up the companies: managers, leaders or employees, and to improve their specific entrepreneurial skills, such as creativity, decision making, managing emotions and interpersonal relationships.

Cristina Pardo coordinates one of the winning teams of 'MOTIVEM en equip'

The team coordinated by Cristina Pardo, professor of the department obtains the third place of the contest 'Ideas MOTIVEM in equipment' that organizes the University of València. This competition, which has been presented a total of 164 teams composed of 627 students and 118 professors from the 18 centers of the University of Valencia, has allowed the development of team creativity. It should be noted that of the 10 finalists, 4 teams had members of the Faculty of Economics, of which 2 were headed by the teachers of our department Cristina Pardo and Antonia Sajardo.
