The Objectives of the Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Contents and Formats:

  • Possess and understand knowledge that provides a basis or opportunity to be original in the development and/or application of ideas, often in a research context.

  • Provide the necessary tools for labor integration in the field of audiovisual content and formats.
  • Acquire the appropriate academic and professional skills in the field of creation, design and development of audiovisual content for digital multicasting.
  • Identify the strategic segments of the audiovisual industry in a context of constant innovation in the information society.
  • Analyse and interpret the new media languages associated with digital multicasting.
  • Know the projects and studies searching for new creative trends in audiovisual formats and content, in production and consumption, within the process of media convergence of the digital era.
  • Integrate the acquisition, editing, dissemination and interactive technologies of the digital era in the design and production of new audiovisual content and formats.
  • Integrate theoretical content related to media languages used in the communicative flow of audiovisual content and formats of the information society in professional praxis.
  • Create content and design linear and/or interactive audiovisual formats for the new space of digital communication.
  • Master the different phases of developing an audiovisual production and the styles of carrying out projects in the new audiovisual space.
  • Create and develop pilot programs for the genesis of new media formats.
  • Analyse consumption trends and market studies of audiovisual content in media industries.
  • Interpret the structure of the audiovisual company, the market dynamics and the nature of the different audiovisual products in emerging media flows. 
  • Plan and create analysis and prospective studies of trends in the consumption of emerging audiovisual content and formats in the multicast space.
