Descripció

El projecte ALPHYL 2.0 (Active Learning in PHYsical Literacy) naix per a donar resposta als alts nivells de sedentarisme i inactivitat física en la infància, proposant el centre escolar com l'entorn clau per a revertir aquesta tendència i fomentar estils de vida saludables. Es fonamenta en el model de l'alfabetització motriu, entesa com la motivació, la confiança, la competència física, i el coneixement i comprensió necessaris per a valorar i responsabilitzar-se de la pràctica d'activitat física al llarg de tota la vida. 

En aquest projecte es duu a terme una intervenció educativa innovadora en centres d'Educació Primària de València, que combina l'anàlisi de l'entorn social i urbà amb la implementació de "classes físicament actives".  Es pretén demostrar que integrar el moviment a l'aula no sols millora la salut física i els nivells d'activitat, sinó que també afavoreix la inclusió social, la funció cognitiva i el rendiment acadèmic, proporcionant alhora al professorat eines i formació per a una educació més activa i integral.
