The DAM Chair by Resolution 14 November 2023 of the Rectorate of the Universitat de València, awarded two grants for the completion of the master's final project in Environmental Engineering during the academic year 2023/2024.

The Resolution of 14 November 2023 of the Rectorate of the Universitat de València has been published, by which the grants of the DAM Chair are awarded for the completion of the Master's final project in Environmental Engineering during the academic year 2023/2024.

The awarded students are:

• Irene Ramírez Pérez, who will carry out the work titled: ‘Extraction of humic acids from composted sludge or from the *digestat of an anaerobic process to obtain a commercial or pre-commercial product’.
• Javier Gómez Fernández-Pacheco who will carry out the work titled: ‘Comparative study of treatments prior to anaerobic digestion by oxidation techniques with H2O2, hydrodynamic cavitation and thermal hydrolysis’.

Both students will receive a financial aid of €500 to carry out the projects.
