Registration

Those wishing to register must first register their details and make their communication proposal by sending a summary to the form https://forms.gle/r8oKnCnsfByTwpNv8
The form will be closed when the number of registrations reaches the capacity limit.

Payment
Registration fees must be paid between 10 June and 27 July 2025.
The registration fees are as follows: 
- Registration for attendance: 50 €. 
- Registration for student attendance: free of charge.
- Registration with communication: 70 €.
- Registration with communication students: 50 €.

After payment of the registration fee, and to confirm the registration, the proof of payment will be sent in pdf with the format SURNAME_FIRST_NAME.pdf to the following link: https://nuvol.uv.es/owncloud/index.php/s/yOwQSVNEy0dOA7Y
If you are a student, a supporting document will also be attached with the format SURNAME_FIRST_NAME_STUDENT.pdf. 

Deadlines

Attendance with communication:
Registration deadline for attendees with communication: until 15/07/25. Closed.
Submission of paper proposals (abstract): until 15/07/25. 
Notification of acceptance of proposals: between 10/06/25 and 27/07/25.
Payment of registration fee: between 10/06/25 and 27/07/25.

Attendance without communication:
Registration deadline for attendees: until 27/07/25.
