To assess the impact of the conference on the audience, methodologies inspired by Arts Based Research (ABER) will be used, taking advantage of creative practices as tools for data collection and analysis. It is foreseen:

Collaborative mural. During the conference, we will set up a physical or digital space where participants will be able to contribute to the creation of a collective artistic mural. This mural will be divided into thematic sections related to the objectives of the event, such as key learnings, inspirations and proposals for collaboration.
Participants will use artistic tools such as illustrations, collages, keywords, poetic phrases or visual symbols to express their experiences and learnings.
After the conference, we will analyse the mural to identify patterns, recurring themes and connections between the contributions, which will allow us to evaluate the resonance of the conference in terms of learnings, networks and critical reflections.

Mapping of connections and networks. We will create a collaborative cartography that will reflect the connections established during the event. At the beginning of the conference, we will ask participants to mark their geographical location on a map, and at the end we will invite them to add lines representing the connections generated.

Attendees can use different colours or symbols to identify the type of link (academic, creative, professional or personal).

This map will be analysed as a tangible representation of the impact of the congress in the creation of international networks, making visible the future collaborations derived from the event.

Congress visual diary. A group of artists or visual facilitators will be in charge of creating a graphic diary that captures, in real time, the key ideas, emotions and significant moments shared by the attendees. The artists will collect direct impressions through informal conversations and translate them into illustrations, diagrams or paintings.

This diary, which will be presented at the end of the congress, will become a visual product that will synthesise the qualitative impact of the event, reflecting both the participants' satisfaction and the lessons learned.

It is planned to evaluate the impact on other virtual audiences (not directly participating in the congress):

- From the media repercussion by collecting news in the press.

- From the repercussion in social networks #ABERTURA2025.
