The International Congress about Sustainability inside the Framework of Superior Education (CISMES25) reunites specialists, researchers, academics, degree, postgraduate education and doctorate students, as well as promoters of sustainable development in all its dimensions, with a particular focus in sustainability and 2030 Agenda goals. 

CISMES25 aims to become a transformation motor towards a more fair and sustainable development, promoted from the university field. Through this congress, the exchange of ideas, analysis of diverse focuses and the creation of strategic alliances that facilitate collaborative actions in favour of a more resilient and hopeful future. In this third edition, the congress acquires an international character when counting with the Scientific Committee formed by national and international experts, which opens the possibility of presenting English and Spanish conferences.

The three branches that support the current edition will be research, andteaching innovation with special emphasis in knowledge transfer. Knowledge transfer facilitates the practical application of academic advances in society. Universities can establish bonds with the productive sector, communities and public administrations to implement sustainable projects. Through university extension, social entrepreneurship and professional qualification, positive impact of superior education in sustainable development is improved.

The event will take place in the Faculty of Economics of the Universitat de València from 8 to 9 July, 2025 on-site and online (only for speakers outside Valencia). Along with the Faculty of Economics, this congress has been organised by the Research Group EFICO and the solidified innovation group GINFICO.
