MANDATORY RULES FOR PRESENTIAL ACTIVITIES

(CONFERENCES, DEBATES, CONFERENCES, CONGRESSES, SCREENINGS, PRESS SHOWS, GUIDED TOURS, WORKSHOPS)
 

• The people who attend the activity are informed that their personal data will be collected in case the information has to be used for an epidemiological control.
• All registrations will be done online
   

         1. GENERAL HYGIENIC AND SANITARY RULES

• They will not be able to access in the center:

1. People with symptoms consistent with COVID19
2. People who have been diagnosed with the condition and who have not completed the period of isolation
3. People who are in the home quarantine period for having had close contact with someone with symptoms or diagnosed with COVID19

• The general transmission prevention measures must be respected:

1. Frequent and meticulous hand hygiene, for at least forty seconds
2. Good Respiratory Hashtag: Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing and sneezing, and reject it into a lid and pedal bin. If handkerchiefs are not available, use the inside of the elbow to avoid contaminating the hands.
3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

• Always keep a safe distance and use an approved hygienic or surgical mask, which is mandatory during the entire stay at the facilities. The use of masks with an exhalation valve is not allowed
  
  
  2. ACCESS AND STAY TO THE CENTER
  
  The indications and access rules in the center will be followed at all times, by means of signage, information posters, etc. I have the center, respecting the maximum capacity. The use of a surgical or hygienic mask is mandatory for anyone who accesses. Before entering the spaces, it will be mandatory to disinfect your hands with hydroalcoholic ice, which will be conveniently arranged at the entrance. It will be accessed one by one, maintaining the established safety distance and it will be necessary to avoid corridors and agglomerations. The entry and exit in the spaces will be done in an orderly and gradual manner In general, no materials will be shared, nor will handouts, brochures, or paper invitations be given. Catering services will not be offered
  
  3. SPECIFIC MEASURES – CONFERENCES-DEBATES-CONFERENCES- CONGRESSES-SCREENINGS-PRESS RODS
  
  At conferences it is forbidden to pass the microphone between people. Each person will be assigned a specific place in the room that each of them will have to respect.
  
  4. HOW TO PROCEED IN CASE OF SYMPTOMS IN COVID19
  
  If throughout the development of the activity, any attendee of the activity had symptoms compatible with COVID19, they would go to the person in charge of the activity, and follow their instructions, leaving the center as much as possible.
  
  5. POSITIVE IN COVID19
  
  If any attendee of the activity tests positive in a diagnostic test or is close contact of a confirmed case of COVID19 after the activity has been carried out, they will have to inform the person responsible for the activity.
