
THE TELEMATIC NOTIFICATIONS SYSTEM IN THE UNIVERSITY OF VALENCIA ONLINE OFFICE HAS RECEIVED A SIGNIFICANT UPDATE
The eNOTyCOM process, which was used to manage and send online messages within the University of Valencia Online Office, has been expanded to integrate the Notific@ service from the Digital Administration General Office (SGAD) as well. This evolution allows for a more robust, interoperable channel
Thanks to this merging, the notifications sent through eNOTyCOM may be checked and answered directly from the Single Enabled Electronic Address (DEHú), thus providing citizens with a centralised point to receive official messages. This progress improves accessibility, simplifies its use and reinforces the legal safety in the administrative processes of the University of Valencia.
This system update signifies a step ahead in the modernisation of the institution’s online services, allowing for a more efficient and transparent way of managing. Moreover, it contributes to the complete adapting process of the common platforms and services of the General State Administration, favouring as well the interoperability and reduction of administrative responsibilities.
