Laura Badenes Ribera, with a degree in Law, in Criminology and in Psychology, Msc degree in Advances in Investigation and Treatments in Psychopatology and Health, in Sanitary General Psychology, and in Criminology and Security, and PhD in Investigation in Psychology. Currently, she works as Associate Professor at the Department of Methodology of the Sciences of the Behaviour of the University of Valencia and is Head of the Msc. degree in Health and Social attention to Dependency of the same university. She is member of the group of investigation ARMAQoL, focused in the investigation and application of methodology advanced to the quality of life. His areas of investigation include statistical reform in Psychology, statistical cognition, meta-analysis, sexual prejudice, violence and quality of life. She has several publications in prestigious journals with high impact, such as Trauma, Violence and Abuse, Sexuality Research and Social Policy, or Psychology of Violence, among other.. |

Biography | ||
Patricia Sancho Requena with a degree in Psychology from the University of Valencia (2007), Msc. degree in Clinical Psychology (2010), Msc. degree in Social and Health Care for Dependency (2012), and a PhD in Social and Health Care for Dependency and Promotion of Autonomy, for which she received the Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award (2013). She has worked at various universities across Spain and is currently a Professor at the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology at the University of Valencia, as well as Co-Director of the Msc. Program in Social and Health Care for Dependency. She is a member of the ARMAQoL research group at the University of Valencia, which focuses on the research and application of advanced methodology to quality of life. Her main research areas include the application of structural equation modeling to fields of interest in psychology such as quality of life, aging, attention to diversity, and the use of active learning methods in education. She has participated in various national and international research projects and has published in prestigious journals such as Structural Equation Modeling, European Journal of Psychological Assessment, and Social Indicators Research, among others. |
