Professors Anal Isabel Blanco and Elena de Luis organised a seminar called “Mediation in the face of conflicto: a realistic version”, that took place 5 November for students of the subject “ADR. Extrajurisdiccional conflict resolution” of the Degree in Law.
This seminar had the participation of Ana Caletrío Arcs, Juvenile Prosecutor attached to the Provincial Juvenile Prosecutor's Office of Valencia, who told them about mediation in the processes of minors. There was also Ignacio Sevilla Moreno, Retired Professor of Administrative Law and current Mediator of the Court of Arbitration and Mediation of Valencia, who shared his experience in administrative mediation.
