The seminar called “Study, proposals and conclusions of mediators on ‘more and better mediation’” will take place on October 16, 2024.
On October 16, 2024, the Seminar of the Chair for the Culture of Mediation took place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia, under the direction of Professor Silvia Barona Vilar. This event served as a workshop and gathering for mediators to analyze the shortcomings and strengths of the current mediation model and work towards drafting a document with proposals to promote more and better mediation.
