Friday 22 October professors Ana Isabel Blanco and Elena de Luis organised a workshop that took place in the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València.
The workshop “Acquisition of Mediation Tools” was given to students of the subject “ADR. Extrajurisdictional conflict resolution” of the Degree in Law. The workshop was given to UV students by the deputy 4 of the Governing Board of ICAV and responsible for Mediation, Yolanda Sánchez, accompanied by CMICAV coordinator, Ana Mir, the president of the Mediation Section, Ana López, and the lawyer and mediator of the CMICAV, Gabriel Izquierdo.
During the workshop, the students showed a huge interest in the issue with great participation, through which they expressed their concerns regarding mediation, sharing in this way real cases about this alternative method of conflict resolution.
