The European Union Agency for Cybersecurity has presented a study that seeks to anticipate threats to new quantum cryptographic protocols.
The European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), the European Agency dedicated to the development of cybersecurity tools, published the report: Post-Quàntum Cryptography - Integration study.
With this report, ENISA aims to give an insight into the challenges following the standardisation of protocols for post-quantum cryptography.
It is an update of the 2021 report: Post-Quàntum Cryptography: Current state and quàntum mitigation.
In this new paper, the Agency explores the need to design new cryptographic protocols and integrate post-quantum systems into existing protocols.
