Interview with the director of the Privacy Chair in the Bolivian programme Derecho y Tecnología a un Click (“Law and Technology in One Click”).

Professor Ricard Martínez Martínez, director of the Microsoft-Universitat de València Chair for Privacy and Digital Transformation, in the web talk show Derecho y Tecnología a un Click (“Law and Technology in One Click”). The interview, held on 15 September 2022, was hosted by Karina Medinacelli, academic at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (Bolivia). Its slogan was: “Digital Transformation and guarantee of rights: Digital rights”.

Among the topics discussed in the interview were the Charter of Digital Rights, its background and working methodology; the modulation of fundamental rights with the irruption of digital rights; the impact of the pandemic on education and the possibilities opened up by digital connectivity as a guarantee of the right to education; and the irruption of the 4th Industrial Revolution in the labour market, among others.
