The important role of the PERTE CHIP-UV Chair in CHIPNATION 2024
PERTE Chip-UV Chair had an important role at CHIPNATION 2024, the national congress of reference in semiconductors.
From 3 to 5 December 2025, the PERTE Chip-UV Chair of Advanced Materials for the Microchip and Semiconductor Industry was one of the leading chairs at CHIPNATION, the national congress of reference in semiconductors industry in Spain, organised by the Spanish Association of Semiconductors Industry (ASEMI)..
During the event, the Chair had an important role in different activities:
- Chair’s presentation by Vice-Principal of Innovation and Transfer, the ETSE-UV, Molecular Science Institute (ICMol) and Institute of Corpuscular Physics (IFIC).
- Panel discussion on the current situation of the PERTE Chip Chairs in Spain, with the participation of the Chair’s director.
- Panel discussion on Spanish talent in the semiconductors industry by Vice-Principal Rosa Donat.
- Other activities related to research and innovation on the microchips and semiconductors sector.
The participation of the Chair in the CHIPNATION 2024 highlighted its key role in research and technology transfer in the field of semiconductors.
