The phases of work represent a supportive shaft to teach the qualitative techniques of social research. Proceeding per phases, in fact, allows teachers to transmit the relevance that it has, for the reliability and the validity of results of research, following a process going over all the essential phases. It lets the students, in addition, to learn while experimenting the process of researching.

In this section you will find described three key phases from the process of production of scientific knowledge enforceable to the technique of the documentary analysis: the design of the research, the analysis of data and the presentation of the results.
