Amadeo Fuenmayor and Rafael Granell, director and member of the Joint Committee of the Chair, respectively, have collaborated in the publication of the "Impacto Económico del Grupo cooperativo Cajamar” [Economic Impact of the Cajamar Co-operative Group] project report.

The purpose of this report is to update two reports on the economic impact of the Grupo cooperativo Cajamar, which were produced last year with data for 2020, with information for the financial year 2021.

The results of the report quantitatively reflect the economic impacts on public revenue, income and employment of the financing granted by the Grupo cooperativo Cajamar (GCC) to families and companies, as well as the GCC's own activity. The report also sets out the regional distribution of the total economic impacts of the Grupo Cajamar.

The research team behind the report is part of the Universitat de València and the IVIE (Valencian Institute of Economic Research):
