The III International Congress of Law, Rights and the Elderly – Housing rights for older people, celebrated on 29 and 30 October 2025, was organised together by the research group, the Human Rights Institute of the Universitat de València, and the Spanish HelpAge foundation. An academic exchange and discussion about the right to housing for older people, as well as its current limitations and challenges took place. 22 guest lecturers participated, external to the research group, who come from different national and international universities, as well as other civil society’s fields.
