Open cultivation chamber for the growth and development of plants, completely shut off from the exterior and with precise control over the temperature, humidity, CO2 and radiation (max 600 μmoles/m2s per level) with the latest generation of white light LED tubes, with a focused spectrum for plant cultivation, AR 12.

Its internal dimensions are 2040 x 2010 x 3210 mm (height x width x depth).

The FITOCLIMA 12000 PLH-LED (CAMARA 3114) camera allows the cultivation of plants with controlled temperature, humidity, CO2 and maximum radiation of 600 μΕ/m2/s per level. It has a configuration of a central corridor with shelfs at both sides, with multiple levels of trays. 4 shelfs with 3 levels on each one. The dimensions of each shelf are 2000 (height) x 1550 mm x 500 mm of depth. Both the shelfs and trays are made of stainless steel. The floor is also made with anti-slip stainless steel with a drainpipe.

The trays can vary in height and can even be removed, furthermore their bases are perforated to allow a good airflow inside the shelfs. Each one of the has an independent drain.

The lights are set in independent trays, which height can also be modified.

It has an internal sink and three intakes to have, inside the chamber, fresh water, osmosis water and nutritive solution (this last one can be automatically controlled from the control system).

The enclosure is completely watertight and finished to resist chemicals, allowing frequent cleaning with broad-spectrum disinfectants against microorganism plant pathogens.

Every parameter (temperature, CO2 level, humidity, light intensity) can be fixed either at the control touch screen from the outside of the chamber, or either from a central computer. The light intensity can be modified for each of the levels of each of the trays.

Door with watertight joint, observation window, lock with external key and security opening mechanism from the inside.

It has its own software, allowing to see and record all data in real-time, the treatment of the date, being able to export them to another file format; compile the data of a process (variables, errors, alarms); design trail programmes with different variables.
