Equipment for the realisation of quantitative PCR tests.
Real-time quantitative PCR system for working with 96-well plates. It enables detection of up to 4 different fluorophores, for which it’s possible to carry out tests with SYBR Green or different probe types, such as TaqMan hydrolysis probes.
The equipment monitors real-life amplification by measuring the fluorescence generated from the DNA amplification in each cycle. This allows for a precise DNA quantification in the PCR’s exponential phase.
Absolute and relative gene expression quantification, SNPs detection, miRNAs analysis, viral load quantification, analysis and quantification of DNA methylation patterns, High Resolution Melting analysis, etc.
