The III International Conference on Teaching Innovation from a Gender Perspective is a space for academic and creative exchange that brings together researchers, educators, and students to reflect on the role of gender in educational and technological innovation.

In this edition, focused on the work of Teresa de Lauretis, the conference addresses the challenges and opportunities that arise when integrating a gender perspective into areas such as artificial intelligence, audiovisual narratives, education, and digital culture.

The event is part of the teaching innovation project “Towards an Equal and Inclusive Technology: Raising Awareness of Gender Bias in Digital Applications and Artificial Intelligence”, promoted by the GENERIZA group, and proposes an interdisciplinary approach that combines theory, practice, and creation.

Throughout the conference, the following activities take place:

• Paper sessions with national and international researchers
• Presentations of audiovisual projects created by students
• Discussion spaces on education, technology, and social justice

This project aims to foster a critical perspective on contemporary technologies, highlight gender inequalities in the digital environment, and promote more inclusive, equitable, and transformative educational tools.
