Dr. Verónica Zingales is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher, with a grant from the Generalitat Valenciana, at the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Padua (Italy) in collaboration with the Institute of Paediatric Research Città della Speranza under the direction of Prof. Elisa Cimetta.

Her project aims to evaluate the effects of mycotoxin exposure on human tumour and non-tumour cell spheroids integrated in microfluidic devices.
