At RiskTox, our team of researchers, women and men, is dedicated to driving significant advancements in the field of food safety and the development of New Alternative Methods (NAMs).

Our work integrates innovative approaches that enable risk assessment, improve food quality, and ensure public health protection in a more ethical, efficient, and sustainable manner. We are proud to contribute to a reduction in dependence on traditional testing methods by offering methodologies based on in vitro models, computational tools and advanced data analysis. This enables us to promote scientifically robust alternatives. In addition, we actively promote interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development, believing that diversity of perspective strengthens research and accelerates the transfer of knowledge to society and the productive sector. Our commitment is to generate solid evidence that supports regulatory decision-making and promotes safer, more transparent, and more responsible food systems, aligned with current and future challenges.
