PhD student Luna Bridgeman conducted a research stay in 2024 at the Institut Agro Dijon, within the Toxicology Laboratory, in collaboration with the NUTOX group at the University of Burgundy, located in Dijon, France. During her period of residence, under the supervision of Isabelle Severin, she conducted mutagenicity studies on acrylamide, penitrem A and 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol. The Ames test was the primary focus of these studies.
