Raquel Penalva research stay

Raquel Penalva, PhD student in the Risktox research group, conducted an internship, from 1 April to 31 July 2023, at the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences, University of Jyväskylä, Finland. She studied the effects of the mycotoxins gliotoxin and ochratoxin A in Daphnia magna, focusing on toxicity, growth, offspring, and gene expression through qPCR.
