Under the title "Food safety and Innovative techniques for evaluating human health risks" the RiskTox group organizes the II International Workshop on December 1, 2023. On this day, professionals from the Universities of Ghent, Porto, Lisbon, Naples, Padua, Burgundy, Granada and León will offer presentations of a high scientific level. There will also be a poster session for researchers from the different participating research groups to disseminate their work and strengthen relationships.
