Participants will be selected according to the following criteria:
- For those courses that have specific requirements, it must be verified that the applicants actually meet them.
- Preference will be given to requests from applicants who have not taken courses with similar characteristics in the last three years.
- Likewise, preference will be given to those who have not participated in any training courses in the last three years.
- In the event of a tie between applicants when applying the above criteria, strict adherence to the order of submission of the applications (date and time of submission) will be required.

- To undesrtand the cornerstones of creative thinking for problem-solving. - To practice different techniques of lateral thinking, contextualised in different teaching cases. In particular, braining, decomposition and analogy techniques will be practised.
