The event took place on 20 September 2023 at the Burjassot Campus.

The Aula d’Emprendoria en Economia Social i Sostenible (AulaEmpresocial) at the Universitat de València UVemprén and the Diputació de València (Provincial Council of Valencia) holds its third session of the cycle “otras maneras de hacer economía desde la sostenibilidad: economía, medioambiente e impacto social” (“other ways of making economy sustainably: economy, environment and social impact”) aimed at students at the Universitat de València.

The fourth session was held on 20 September 2023 at the Burjassot Campus for Computer Engineering. This session was focused on Circular Economy. During the conference, Pilar Alguacil, professor of Financial Law and director of AulaEmpresocial, and Antonia Sajardo, Senior Lecturer in Applied Economy and member of the AulaEmpresocial introduced through their conferences what Circular Economy is, the difference between Linear and Circular Economy, and which are the benefits for a future sustainability.

Additionally, in order for attendees to learn about an example of good practices in this type of economy and the fulfillment of the SDGs, the event was attended by Salvador Pérez from Mans al Terra. To conclude, Andrea Rey, Lecturer in Business Management and member of the programme, delivered an interactive session with the attendees to assess the knowledge they had acquired, and Antonia Sajardo closed the event with a presentation entitled "Economic circularity in a finite world".
