There are some short and medium term actions envisaged by PRIDA, the key ones being the following:
- Training our teaching and research staff (PDI) in innovative methodologies applied to the teaching in English from an EMI perspective (English as a Medium of Instruction), where English, in addition to the language of content, is also the language of instruction and of class management (pilot stage).
- Follow-up and implementation of the training received.
- Evaluation of the actions accomplished.
- Training and certification of linguistic competencies in English for PDI, administrative staff (PAS) and students, through the Servei de Política Lingüística, Centre d’Idiomes of the UV, Facultat de Filologia, Traducció i Comunicació and Facultat de Magisteri.
