Aula de Cultura is an infrastructure of the Saharawi refugee camps in Tindouf (Algeria) where courses are given in the fields of health, education, culture and female leadership. However, the facilities needed an upgrade to increase the effectiveness of the online courses.

In addition, it was necessary to provide technical means to the personnel in charge of the recovery of oral heritage. All these issues significantly limited the development and use of the courses, requiring an improvement so that the development cooperation tasks carried out there could be carried out satisfactorily.
