Celebration of the Educational Innovation Conference ‘XI JSVE 2025 and V International Conference on Electronic Voting Systems - New Paradigm in Higher Education: Living with AI

Under the slogan ‘New paradigm in Higher Education: living with AI’, the XI Conference on Electronic Voting Systems (JSVE) and the V International Conference on Electronic Voting Systems (ICEVS) invites the academic community to reflect on the trends and practices that are shaping the current educational landscape, with special attention to the challenges and opportunities posed by the integration of AI in our universities. The irruption of artificial intelligence in higher education marks a turning point in the way we conceive the teaching-learning process. Beyond its use as a technological tool, AI is redefining the roles of teachers and students, teaching methodologies, knowledge assessment and the very nature of the educational experience. Its impact poses both challenges and opportunities: from the personalisation of learning to the need to rethink training in critical, ethical and creative skills. In this new paradigm, educational innovation takes on even greater relevance, promoting reflection on how universities should adapt to a changing environment, guaranteeing quality, critical and inclusive education that does not turn its back on the transformations that the world is experiencing.

During this conference, we will bring together different profiles of the academic community to explore new strategies, share experiences and collaborate in the construction of a more inclusive, dynamic and student-centred educational future. In this way, we will explore the keys to face the challenges of tomorrow and make the most of the opportunities of today. We encourage you to participate by presenting your research in teaching innovation, preferably, but not exclusively, on the following topics

- Development and application of materials for different teaching modalities,

- Gamification tools,

- Audiovisual resources and ICTs,
