Next thursday 22 november, at 18 h, a round table on the basis of “The marble as a metaphor” will take place in the Joan Fuster hall, organized by the Department of Art History. It is linked to the photographic exhibition of Joaquin Berchez called Pedreiras, flesh of gods. Professors of several departments will discuss on the possibilities of marble, the quarries as a cultural landscape or the relations between art and nature.
