The CHECKRIGATION project No. CPP2021-008666, is a public-private collaboration project that aims to develop an affordable and comprehensive digital solution to characterize, monitor and audit field application of nutrients through precision drip irrigation system. This will integrate a fertigation decision support system based on the hydraulic characterization of the system and agronomic variables with extensions of blockchain traceability systems.

The project is coordinated by the company SISTEMA AZUD, S.A. and involves the Desertification Research Centre (CIDE, CSIC-UV-GVA) and the University of Castilla La Mancha.

The project is funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Union-NextGenerationEU/PRTR.
