 The adaptation of training period contents regarding the general objectives of the doctorate will be positively assessed.

In case that the offer is inferior to the demand, the following weighting will be carried out:

  • 60 %: degree and academic record.
  • 10 %: research experience.
  • 5 %: professional experience.
  • 10 %: other merits (grants, collaborations, other degrees).
  • 15 %: personal interview.

  The Academic Committee of the doctoral programme, once concluded the deadline established by the University for each year, will meet to elaborate the provisional list of accepted students to the programe, and the non-accepted list, with public exhibition of the reasons of such non-acceptance and, in its case, express indication of the documentation to correct or add to the request so that this is accepted.

  In a maximum deadline of seven calendar days since the publication of this list, the pre-registered who had not been accepted will be able to attach the documentation required to them, as well as to claim what they find useful, by means of an application directed to the President of the Academic Committee of the doctoral programme.

  Within two working days, the Committee will examine the additional documentation and the possible statements and will make public the final list of accepted students to the doctoral programme. In such list, the Academic Committee will assign a tutor for each doctorate student. If after such assignment there were vacancies left, and in accordance with the established by the University, an extraordinary pre-registration deadline that will limit itself to the calendar established by the University will be open, always respecting the described procedure.
