From 2 November 2026, following the launch of the new application for processing doctoral thesis deposit requests, the link for submitting new applications through DOCTES will be deactivated at 23:59:59 on 1 November 2026.
Any thesis deposit requests submitted from 2 November 2026 onwards must be processed through the Olímpia application.
With regard to applications already submitted through DOCTES, administrative staff, coordinators and expert reviewers will continue to be able to access the application via DOC_TESA and DOC_TESV until the processing of the relevant files has been completed.
