Once a specific activity has been completed, the doctoral student must request its recognition through the RAPID platform (Electronic Register of Doctoral Activities and Research Plan).

Each year, the student must upload the supporting documentation for each activity and provide basic information and the number of hours.

The request for recognition must be submitted within the period set by the Doctoral School for each academic year and call.

Once validated by the thesis supervisor, the activity will be recorded in the Doctoral Activities Document.
