This Seminar was taught in the IDOCAL Research Institute (University of Valencia) as an activity of the Tempus IV MPTUM Project (Master de Psychologie du travail dans les Universidades du Magreb). The teaching staff were Professors Remi Kouabenan (University of Grenoble) and José M. Peiró (University of Valencia) and the participants were research directors and coordinators of the Master’s degree in the six universities of the Maghreb countries (Tunis, Algiers, Morocco.
