The symposium was held at the EAWOP conference in Prague in May and was organized by Professors Pascale Le Blanc (Eindhoven University of Technology) and Vicente González-Romá (Idocal, University of Valencia).

Moreover, Anita Pollak (University of Silesia), Raquel Salcedo (Eindhoven University of Technology), and Milan Wolffgramm (Saxion University of Applied Sciences) participated in the symposium. The studies presented showed that working with robots influences workers' experiences (e.g., stress, self-efficacy) and that an employee-centered implementation strategy helps enhance the positive consequences of working with robots.​
