On February 19th, Danila Molinaro presented her Doctoral Thesis and received the degree of Doctor in Psychology. The title of her thesis was: “The Relationship between Workaholism, Well-Being and Performance: A Cross-Sectional and Longitudinal Perspective Involving Subjective and Objective Measures”. The thesis was conducted in the Universities of Campania (Italy) and Valencia (Spain) on the basis of a co-tutela agreement. The supervisors of the thesis were professors Paola Spagnola and Vicente González-Romá. The examination panel agreed to give Danila’s Thesis the highest grade (“Outstanding”).
