Professor Doctor h.c. mult. Carlos Esplugues, Director of the Master in Law, Business and Justice at the Universitat de Valencia, member of the MedArbValencia Group of Excellence and the PROMETEO GVA2018/111 Group, has participated in New York as a delegate of Spain in the work being carried out by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law with a view to drafting Rules on expedited arbitration.
Representatives of the 60 member countries have participated in this 71st session, joined by observers from other States and organisations dedicated to the promotion of arbitration.
