Universidad Autónoma de Chile’s Conservatory along with the SERNAC Principal, the Chile Consumer Association President, several professors from Chile universities and Doctorates Silvia Barona Vilar and Carlos Esplugues, members of the research group JUSOST (Sustainable Law in State of Global Change, CIMPROM 2023-64). They intervened with proposals of integrating technology, digital platforms and artificial intelligence to the consume conflicts resolution.
