Baluarte Convention Centre, in the capital of Navarre, hosted on the 4 October 2018 the 2nd Conference “Dialogs: cross-border mediation”. An event organised by the Navarre Government and the Narac Foundation with the notable technical participation of Creatalent, which gathered around fifteen experts on the field of mediation in different countries. In a framework of dialogue, they analysed issues of great interest related to matters such as business mediation and organizations, community, family and cultural cross-border mediation, research, development and new mediating perspectives, as well as the interrelation between mediation and ADSRs with CSR, competitiveness, labour relations and business reputation.
Professor Guillermo Palao, on behalf of the Universitat de València MedArb Group, -at a table devoted to research, development and new mediating perspectives- was able to publicly present the results of the Group during the last years, as well as the future challenges and challenges faced by the research and training of mediation specialists.
